Policies

One night’s deposit + tax is required when reservation is made. Deposit is refundable if cancellation is within 14 days. Cancellations less than 14 days will be refunded if room can be filled, less $35 cancellation fee for each day and room in your reservation, or if not, refundable from a gift certificate. Holiday or special events (e.g., Iola Car Show, EAA, Festival weekends, Murder Mystery, etc. require 21 days.) We are a small, independent Inn and cancellations have a significant adverse effect.

Weekends and holidays may be subject to minimum stay requirements.

No pets permitted. However, there are several fine "pet resorts" that are close by that we can recommend. You both can have luxury accommodations and you can pick your pet up for a romp in several of our fine parks during your stay!
