Welcome to Apple Tree Lane, a Waupaca,Wisconsin Bed and Breakfast. Located in an historic Victorian farmhouse, complete with gingerbread trim, the Inn sits on 7.5 acres in a park-like setting along 400 feet of beautiful Crystal River frontage.

We are a short, convenient drive into Oshkosh or consider flying your plane into our our wonderful Waupaca airport and taking the motor coach to the event! Enjoy our luxury accommodations & Fly-In/Fly-Out full gourmet breakfast buffet. Special rates for Inn-room massage after your long travels!
Waupaca Area Triathlon Weekend is August 15-17
We are a short easy bike ride from the Inn to the event site. You will sleep in comfortable accommodations (central air-conditioning + individual remote control climate control units in each guest suite) to be well rested for the big race; while your bikes & gear will rest in a secured, covered garage area. High-carb breakfast buffet beginning at 5 am and a wonderful full breakfast available after the event! Stay the weekend to enjoy many other Waupaca summer festivities (see www.waupacamemories.com). We invite you to spend the night and sleep deeply on luxurious bedding and fine linens in one of our 5 spacious and unique guestrooms all with private attached baths. Our rates include a hosted welcome reception and a gourmet breakfast served in the exquisite formal dining room with fireplace, crystal, silver and candlelight. Breakfast can also be served in your room, on the covered porch, or on the go, by special request.

The Victorian farmhouse was built in the early 1880's by Charles Judson Churchhill and his wife, Ann Elizabeth (Walker) Churchhill, and was known as Churchhill Farms. The Inn is rich in history and more information can be found on the History link above.
