  • Annual Renewable Energy and Sustainable Living Fair, Amherst - June 20-22, 2014 - The Midwest Renewable Energy Association organizes this "Energy Fair", the world's largest venue for learning about renewable energy and sustainable living technologies, in Amherst, WI.   • Iola Vintage Military & Gun Show with Vintage Tractors & Equipment, Iola - August 9-10, 2014 - Held annually the 2nd weekend in August, this event has military vehicles & equipment, tractors, machines and a professional vehicle exhibit, re-enactor encampments, WWII and Vietnam era battle re-enactments and pyrotechnics, swap meet, speakers, entertainmnet and parades of vehicles.

  • Waupaca Area Triathlon, Waupaca - August 16, 2014 - Waupaca's annual triathlon, a 1/2 mile swim, 20-mile bike ride and 5K run, will start at 7 a.m. on beautiful Shadow Lake. Short course also.   • Art on the Square, August 15-16, 2014 - An eclectic celebration of the arts! A full weekend of art, music, theater, dance, great food and more. This event takes place on the downtown Waupaca in the city square.
  • Waupaca County Fair, Fairgrounds in Weyauwega - August 20-24, 2014 -Waupaca County holds its county fair at grounds in Weyauwega. This traditional rural fair offers animal exhibits, home making exhibits, races, grandstand shows, a midway, and all the other things you associate with this great slice of Americana.
